919.04 TO BE FURNISHED CITY WITHOUT CHARGE.

The Director of Public Service, Auditor and Acting Superintendent of Utilities are hereby directed to furnish electricity from the City electric plant, free of charge, to all City departments and no further electric bills shall be incurred by City Hall and all other City departments.
