919.015 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The general rules and regulations governing the furnishing and selling of electric service by the City of Amherst, as contained in the electric rate study prepared by Sawvel and Associates pursuant to a contract authorized by Ordinance No.0-84-6, and attached to original Ordinance No.0-85-9, are hereby adopted by Council and shall be codified for inclusion in the Codified Ordinances of the City. A copy of such rules and regulations as adopted shall remain available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk of Council of the City.
