915.03 COVERING WORK; INSPECTION REQUIRED.

No storm sewer in the public streets, or on private land to be connected to storm sewers in the public streets, shall be installed or covered with soil without the approval of the Street Superintendent who is hereby authorized to inspect and approve or disapprove such installation as to meeting the plans and specifications of the City Engineer.
