911.22 STORM WATER AND OBSTRUCTIONS PROHIBITED.
   Elevator waste water, roof water, overflow from rain water cisterns, storm water drainage, etc., shall not be connected with the sanitary sewer. The waste water which shall enter the sanitary sewers shall comprise only sanitation water and such water from factories, laundries, restaurants or other buildings as the Superintendent of Sewers may consider admissible without detriment to the sewer.
   No butcher's offal or garbage, dead animal, wood, stone, straw, rags, machinist's waste or other articles of obstruction of any kind whatever of a tougher or harder texture than toilet paper shall be placed, thrown or deposited in any catch basin, sewer or drain of the City. Any person so offending or causing any such obstruction to be placed so as to be carried into such sewer or basin shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in Section 911.99. Any person breaking, injuring or removing any portion of any such catch basin, manhole cover or any part of the sewer, sewage disposal plant or any appurtenance thereto or obstructing in any manner the outlet of any sewer or drain shall also be subject to the same penalty.
