911.21 STEAM BOILER CELLAR DRAINS.

No steam exhaust or blow-off pipe from any steam boiler shall be allowed to connect with any soil or waste pipe or directly with any house drain. It must discharge into a tank or condenser, from which the waste, after being condensed and suitably tapped, may enter the sewer.
