   911.16 TRENCH CARE; SAFEGUARDS; OWNER'S LIABILITY.
   When the sides of the trench opened for sewer work will not stand vertical, cribbing and braces shall be used to prevent caving.
   The property owner shall erect proper safeguards and maintain danger signals and shall be liable for all damages to persons or property caused by his acts or his negligence.
