911.12 SOIL PIPE LOCATION AND QUALITY.
   When it is necessary, the soil pipe shall run on a cellar wall and be fastened securely thereto. Where possible, the soil pipe shall be laid in a trench beneath the cellar floor. The soil pipe shall be supplied with accessible cleanouts just inside of the walls of the building. Waste pipes or lateral drains from bathtubs, basins or other fixtures must be connected with main soil pipe by means of proper connections.
   The nearly horizontal portion of iron soil pipe used underground shall in no case be less than C.I.P.X., and if copper pipe is used aboveground, then the C.I.P.X. shall come fourteen inches above the floor.
