The City will keep a permanent record of the location of sanitary sewers junctures or connecting branches, depth of sewers, etc., which information may be obtained from the City upon the application for a permit.
All reasonable care will be taken to insure correctness of such information, but the City shall not be liable for errors arising therefrom.
