903.04 RECONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR PROCEDURE.

The City incorporates as part of the Amherst Codified Ordinances, as if fully rewritten herein, Sections 729.01 through 729.10 of the Ohio Revised Code as it pertains to City assessments for the construction or repair of sidewalks within the City.
