903.01 AUTHORITY.

For the construction or repair of sidewalks within the City right-of-way the procedures and assessments shall be in accordance with Ohio R.C. 729.01 through 729.10, and Ohio R.C. 735.02, 735.05 and 735.32 and other applicable State statutes and/or resolutions or ordinances of the City pertinent to the subject matter herein.
