901.06 CITY'S REMEDY IN EVENT OF NONCOMPLIANCE.

Upon the failure of the permittee to properly close the opening within the period of thirty days, the City shall cause the opening to be properly closed and such expense shall be charged to the permittee. The deposit shall be retained by the City to cover the expenses incurred in closing and restoration to the former condition.
