Whoever fails to cut and destroy weeds or cut weeds or grass within five days after the service of notice as provided in Section 557.02, or fails to remove litter within ten days after service of such notice, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day that such person fails to comply after the time periods herein specified, shall constitute a separate offense.
