The city shall install, repair, or replace sidewalks shown on the master sidewalk plan, described below under § 93.03, at the city’s expense and according to the condition of the sidewalks and the funds available. Sidewalks shall be constructed and repaired according to plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Administrative Clerk/Treasurer.
