§ 152.046 USE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Permitted uses. All uses not otherwise prohibited in this section or any other applicable land use regulation adopted by Amberley Village are allowed provided they meet the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Prohibited uses.
      (1)   Private water supply systems in all special flood hazard areas identified by FEMA, permitted under R.C. § 3701.
      (2)   Infectious waste treatment facilities in all special flood hazard areas, permitted under R.C. § 3734.
