For the purposes of this chapter, the following studies and/or maps are adopted:
(A) (1) Flood Insurance Study for Hamilton County, Ohio and Incorporated Areas, effective date of May 17, 2004.
(2) Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Hamilton County, Ohio and Incorporated Area; Map Numbers 39061C0204 D, 39061C0206 D, 39061C0208 D; effective date of May 17, 2004.
(B) Other studies and/or maps which may be relied upon for establishment of the flood protection elevation, delineation of the 100-year floodplain, floodways or delineation of other areas of special flood hazard.
(C) Any hydrologic and hydraulic engineering analysis authored by a registered professional engineer in the State of Ohio which has been approved by the village as required by § 152.048.
(D) Any revisions to the aforementioned maps and/or studies are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. Such maps and/or studies are on file at the Amberley Village Municipal Building, 7149 Ridge Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45237.
