§ 150.22 APPLICATION; BOND OR INSURANCE.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation seeking to move a previously constructed dwelling house, outbuilding, or manufactory over any village streets shall first file application for a permit to move the same with the Village Manager.
   (B)   Such application shall be accompanied by the permit fee set out in the Building Code, together with a bond or policy of insurance in an amount to be fixed by the Village Manager to cover the estimate of the potential damage to be done along the route sought to be taken.
   (C)   A copy of any permit, issued in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter, shall be forwarded to the Chief of Police.
