No person shall cause or permit in a public recreational area of this village a violation of the following rules:
(A) No dogs or other animals kept as pets shall be permitted on the track established for walking and jogging.
(B) No bikes, mopeds, or other vehicles are permitted on the walking/jogging track except for authorized maintenance purposes.
