§ 131.42 BIRDS AND ANIMALS.

No person or persons shall molest, disturb, injure, or in any way have contact with or throw anything at or to animals or birds located within or on village property; and no person or persons shall feed any animals or birds located within or on village property, except with written permission of the village.
