At the regular meeting of the Council, after the roll has been called, the minutes of the preceding meeting shall be considered, and if there is no objection, they shall be approved. Council shall then proceed to business in the following order:
(A) Financial report.
(B) Ordinances for second and third readings.
(C) Reports of standing committees.
(D) Reports of special committees.
(E) Unfinished business.
(F) Offering of original ordinances and resolutions.
(G) Reports of Solicitor.
(H) Reports of Village Manager.
(I) Reports of Mayor.
(J) Miscellaneous business.
