§ 30.15 ZONING AND PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR; DUTIES.
   There is hereby created the position of Zoning and Project Administrator, whose duties are to assist the Village Manager in all matters of enforcement and compliance with the Village Code of Ordinances, including but not limited to the Village Building Code, cut and fill regulations, flood damage prevention, soil erosion and sediment control, Zoning Code, zoning inspection and plan review, subdivision regulations, property maintenance, storm water management, cellular or wireless communications towers and systems, and with state of Ohio statutes, rules and regulations, budget development and control for capital improvement projects, facility management, contract administration, compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations, oversight of the Village Maintenance Department, and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Village Manager. The position of Zoning and Project Administrator, as an administrative position, shall be filled by the Village Manager in his discretion from within or without the village, and compensation for this position shall be as determined by Council from time to time.
