§ 112.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanorfor the first offense, and of a misdemeanor of the 4th degree for each subsequent offense. Employers, firms, and corporations shall be vicariously liable for the acts of their employees or agents acting on their behalf.
