§ 111.03 LIMITATIONS ON NUMBER OF PERMITS; TIME RESTRICTIONS.
   The office of the Village Manager shall be authorized to issue such permit no more than once in a six-month period to each household. Any permit issued shall be valid for two consecutive days to be specified in the permit and shall be valid only during daylight hours.
