Any ordinance enacted hereafter in accordance with the terms of this chapter, granting approval for the ownership, establishment, operation and maintenance of any area within the territorial limits of the village for park, playground, recreational, or amusement purposes, shall set forth the provisions and conditions upon which approval is granted and shall retain to the village full supervisory power.
