§ 100.12 DISTANCE FROM STREET CORNERS AND FIRE HYDRANTS.

(A) No public tree shall be planted closer than 35 feet from any street corner, measured from the point nearest to the intersecting curbs or curb lines and shall comply with § 154.13.

(B) No public tree shall be planted closer than ten feet to any fire hydrant.
