(A) The Village Manager may remove or cause to be removed from the right-of-way any trees or part thereof which by reason of its nature is injurious to existing sewers, electric power lines, gas lines, water lines, or other public improvements.
(B) Whenever it is necessary for the village to remove trees from the village right-of-way, the village shall remove the trees and shall consult with AVBC regarding any replacement of the trees which are removed.
