§ 98.05 USE OF VILLAGE COURTS RESTRICTED TO RESIDENTS.
   (A)   Use of the village tennis courts shall be restricted to residents and non-residents of Amberley Village holding current key cards issued by the village, and their guests, except as hereinafter provided.
   (B)   Each group using a court shall have at least one cardholder as a part of that group.
   (C)   Use of village courts may be extended to nonresidents as authorized by the Village Manager.
