(A) Whoever violates § 96.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(B) Whoever violates § 96.04 shall be fined not more than 150 for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

(C) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be fined not more than $150.
