§ 95.52 DISH-TYPE SATELLITE SIGNAL RECEIVING STATIONS.
   (A)   Dish-type satellite signal receiving stations (hereafter "stations"), subject to the following regulations, may be located within the village.
   (B)   Stations shall not be linked to receivers which are not located on the same lot as the station.
   (C)   Stations shall be located in the "yard, rear," as defined in this code, and behind the principal dwelling or structure located on the lot; shall be located so that however turned or otherwise used, all parts of the station will be set back at least five feet from the inner side yard lines; and shall be set back from the rear lot line no less than 20 feet or one-half the depth of the rear yard, whichever is greater.
   (D)   The height of the station, should the dish antenna be turned perpendicular to the ground, shall not extend above 15 feet; and the maximum diameter of any dish antenna shall not exceed 12 feet.
   (E)   No installation or erection of a station shall commence before a permit is obtained in accordance with §§ 154.56 and 154.57.
