§ 95.27 SURFACE DRAINAGE INTO STREET.
   No owner, occupant or tenant of property within the village, nor any contractor or builder, shall permit surface drainage of any property to be discharged into any roadway within the limits of the village, unless there is no established natural or artificial channel other than the roadway itself available for drainage.
