§ 95.26 DUMPING OF REFUSE IN VILLAGE FORBIDDEN.
   No person may dump, cause or permit to be dumped on publicly or privately owned land or water in the village, any paper, brush, rubbish, glass, plastic or metal, vegetation, garbage, or refuse of any kind without first having obtained written permission from the Village Manager.
