§ 94.27 TAVERN KEEPER PERMITTING RIOTING OR DRUNKENNESS.
   (A)   No tavern keeper shall permit rioting, reveling, intoxication, or drunkenness in his house or on his premises.
(R.C. § 4399.16)
   (B)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100.
