§ 91.10 CONTROL MECHANISMS TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO POLICE.
   The Chief of Police shall order disconnected any unit presently installed in the police station of this village unless the control mechanisms installed in the residence of the owner are, in the sole judgment of the Chief of Police, accessible to the Police Department in the event of emergency.
