§ 91.07 INSTALLER TO ASCERTAIN THAT PERMIT HAS BEEN OBTAINED.
   It shall be unlawful for any individual or business entity to engage in the business of installing burglary, fire, or other emergency alarm systems in residences or other structures within the corporate limits of the village without ascertaining that the record property owner has first obtained a permit therefor in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.

§ 91.08 TELEPHONE ALARM SYSTEMS.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall use or cause to be used any electrical or mechanical device or attachment to any telephone in any burglary, fire, or other emergency alarm system which automatically selects or dials a telephone or telephone trunk line used by or assigned to the village for telephone service, which system then transmits over the line a report or alarm concerning a burglary, fire, or other police emergency.

§ 91.09 INSTALLATION OF POWER INDICATION.
   No burglary or other emergency alarm system terminating at the police station which utilizes the telephone system serving the Police Department will be permitted without the installation of power indication at the station console.
