§ 90.44 EXPOSURE TO RABIES.
   No person shall own or harbor a dog, within the village, with knowledge that the dog has been exposed to rabies, unless the dog has been inoculated against rabies by a regularly licensed and practicing veterinarian, or, if the dog has not been inoculated, unless the owner or harborer immediately has the dog treated by a licensed veterinarian as a dog exposed to rabies. During such treatment, the dog must be isolated and securely penned up.
