§ 90.01 DEFINITION.

   For purposes of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   DOG OWNER or DOG HARBORER. Any person who permits any dog to habitually remain or to be lodged or fed within his residence, or appurtenant buildings on his property, shall be considered the owner or harborer of the dog.
