(A) No operator of any motor vehicle seeking to enter or exit from property on the south side of Section Road from its intersection with Knoll Road to a point 1,000 feet east of said intersection, shall make a left turn in entering or exiting from said property.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
