(A) It shall be unlawful to operate a tractor, semi-trailer or trailer, or any vehicle which, together with its load, weighs in excess of 20,000 pounds, over the following roadways within the corporate limits of the village.

(B) Division (A) above shall not be construed so as to prohibit pickup from or delivery to places in the village to which there are no other streets or access.

(C) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
