(A) Between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., it shall be unlawful for through traffic to pass over the following streets:
Springvalley Drive
Fairhaven Lane
Longmeadow Lane

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle over the service drive in Beechlands Acres Subdivision in traveling in either direction between the termini of Section Road and Ridge Road in the village.

(C) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
