§ 76.07 STANDING OR PARKING VEHICLE FOR SALE, ADVERTISING OR WASHING.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any highway right-of-way for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying it for sale;
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency; or
   (C)   Advertising.
