§ 38.08 CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND.
   There are hereby established the following village funds:
   (A)   A separate fund, #2081 Special Revenue Fund, to receive and dispense all Federal forfeitures from the Department of Justice.
   (B)   A separate fund, #2151 Special Revenue Fund, to receive and dispense all CARES Act relief funds from the State of Ohio.
