For all Class C properties, the Village Engineer shall determine the peak rate of stormwater discharge (Q) rounded to the nearest 0.1 cfs generated by the lot(s) and/or parcel(s) based on § 156.04. The peak rate of stormwater discharge will be based on an intensity (i) for a 10-year rainfall frequency. The intensity is determined by the formula i = 170/(tc + 23). Time of concentration (tc) shall be defined in § 156.04 (B)(2).
