(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 718.30, the village, pursuant to this chapter, grants authority to the Tax Administrator to adopt rules to administer the income tax imposed by the village. Such rules shall not conflict with or be inconsistent with any provision of this chapter or the Ohio Revised Code.
(B) All rules adopted under this section shall be published and posted on the internet according to R.C. § 718.07.
