After presenting proper credentials and securing permission, the Director or his or her designees, including contractors and their employees or consultants and their employees, may enter upon lands within the village to make surveys and examinations to accomplish the necessary findings to establish a master plan, for detailed analysis to prepare final plans and specifications for proposed improvements or for inspection or maintenance of stormwater facilities.
