§ 54.18 LAND AND FACILITIES AFFECTED BY LANDS OUTSIDE THE VILLAGE.
   Where stormwater drains from lands outside the village, facilities within the village shall be designed in accordance with this chapter as if the entire drainage area was within the village, as determined by the Village Engineer.
