Any person or business entity providing garbage and refuse collection services in the village shall maintain at all times comprehensive public liability and property damage insurance with a total coverage of at least $2 million to protect such person or business entity and the village during the performance of this work from claims or damages for bodily injuries, including accidental death, as well as for claims for property damages.
