§ 50.40 BREAKING OR REMOVING SEWERS.

It shall be unlawful to injure, break or remove any part of any receiving basin, covering plate, manhole cover, or any part of any sewer or appurtenance thereto, except as duly authorized in the course of making an improvement, repair or sewer connection.
