Every permit to make a connection with a sewer within the village shall show on its face that it is granted subject to the express condition that the owner of the premises for whose benefit the connection is made and the lessee of such premises where the connection is made for the benefit of the lessee, and every succeeding owner or lessee, shall, in consideration of the privilege thereby granted and enjoyed, save and hold the village harmless of any loss of damage which may in any way result from, or be occasioned by the installation or maintenance of the sewer connection.
