§ 50.13 FRAUDULENT USE OF NAME PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to obtain a sewer permit under a name other than his own, or for a licensed sewer tapper to permit his name to be used in obtaining a permit for the benefit of an unauthorized person.
