(A) Effective March 1, 2001, the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed, in addition to any other court costs, to charge and collect from each defendant thereafter convicted in Mayor's Court special costs in the sum of $10; subject, however, to the right of the Mayor to waive payment of such costs.
(B) The village hereby establishes a special fund, the 210 Mayor's Court Computer Fund, to receive such court costs to be charged in Mayor's Court.
