§ 37.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of § 37.09 shall be fined not more than $500 or confined in the county jail not more than six months, or both.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as preventing prosecution of a person under any other ordinance of the village or law of the state.
